Noogieland Family Play

Noogieland will be open for free play for kids 12 and under! Hang out in our beautifully hand painted kids area, with wall to wall toys after school on Wednesdays. Kids must be accompanied by an adult unless a volunteer is requested before hand, in order for the adult to attend a program upstairs. Kids cannot be left unsupervised.

Qigong Session

Qigong pronounced “chee gong”, was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercise to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. Qigong encompasses the regulation of the mind, breath, and body’s movement and posture. This practice combines slow movements, breathing, stretching ,and meditation to help lower stress, anxiety, and focus the mind. The easy to learn movements can be done standing or sitting and is safe for all activity levels. Join Daniel Devine, who has completed a clinical doctorate degree in medical Qigong and a master’s degree in traditional Chinese medicine, as he leads a virtual Qigong session.
