Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, the workout is easily modifiable, and POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! Please remember to wear comfortable tennis shoes. You will also need two regular drumsticks, wooden spoons, wooden dowels cut to 16 inches, or similar items that are approximately 16 inches long. Please set aside a space that allows for free movement of your arms all around your body and above your head (you will also need space for your “stix” too). You will also need a exercise mat to perform the pound exercises on.
