This presentation was developed by Dr. Asha Shajahan and Suzy Berschback to help people balance and improve different areas of their lives. Dr. Shajahan, is the medical director of community health for Beaumont Hospital, Grosse Pointe, and an assistant professor at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.
