Enjoy a relaxing Upa Yoga session and go through a synthesis of 5-minute yoga practices. The sessions will present easy-to-practice yet potent tools to enhance health, joy, peace, and inner exploration, helping one cope with the hectic pace of modern lifestyles and realize their full potential. It is recommended that you wear loose, comfortable clothing and do not eat for 90 minutes before the event. You may bring your own yoga mat if desired. Space is limited.
