Are you within 5 years of treatment and still wondering what your “new normal” is? Then, this 6-week class is for you! Cancer Transitions is designed to support, educate and empower survivors! Attendance at all 6 classes is required and a waiver must be signed by your primary care physician before the first session on August 1st.
