Biden Cancer Community Summit RSVP
Join us for the Biden Cancer Community Summit on Friday, September 21 from 8:45 – 11:00 a.m. To kick off the morning, we will live steam into the opening session with Dr. Jill Biden. Following that we will show a short video presentation, "Survivorship and the Path Ahead," that will lead to an open discussion about survivorship and its affect on patients, family members and communities.
Vice President Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Biden are committed to doubling the rate of progress in cancer prevention, treatment, and care. They have called on cancer support organizations like Gilda's Club Metro Detroit to host annual summits as part of the Biden Cancer Initiative. The goal of these summits is to generate innovation, ideas and inspiration that will help to improve the patient experience and outcomes.
